Overview

The Program Manager II manages assigned staff on a collection of projects and/or programs, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives and optimizing project scope, schedule, and costs.

In Short

• Manage a collection of projects and/or programs.
• Ensure familiarity with project scope and objectives.
• Work with project managers to monitor performance.
• Develop project plans and schedules.
• Communicate project plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project work and budgets.
• Address program issues and implement solutions.

• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with relevant software packages.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal skills for business relationships.
• Ability to build trust and respect.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
