Program Manager III - Remote

The Program Manager III is the prime interface for our clients, partners, and project teams, and is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, financial monitoring, and staffing of a subset of teams in a greater portfolio.

• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing of project teams.

• Ensure project teams meet contract objectives.
• Track resource needs and staffing throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct performance management and feedback sessions.
• Participate in business development tasks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in program management.
• Active Public Trust Clearance.
• Advanced experience in project or program management.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and management.
• Demonstrated experience in agile environments.
• Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• Advanced understanding of project management principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with federal, state, or local government.
• Experience with contract management and/or finance is a plus.
