Overview

This role is pivotal in leading a high-performing sales team focused on outside direct sales within a specific geographic area. Your ability to inspire and energize your team will directly influence overall productivity and success metrics.

In Short

  • Increase market share by achieving and exceeding performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
  • Meet or exceed overall sales quota for the assigned region.
  • Implement key operational initiatives in the field while upholding high ethical standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct regular sales meetings to maintain team focus and motivation.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a successful team of Account Executives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications/technical sales.
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to conduct difficult conversations.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations to both large groups and individuals.
  • A proven track record in high-yield business sales success.
  • Well-honed negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on inspiring teams.
