Overview

Join our Sales Team at Shiftmove as an Account Executive, where you will help drive growth in the DACH region by generating new customer leads and managing the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Work closely with Sales Reps to generate new prospects through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Conduct Discovery Calls to assess customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Develop business cases and summarize solutions in offers based on customer needs.
  • Quickly identify decision-makers and close deals in a short sales cycle.
  • Keep your pipeline updated in Salesforce, tracking goals and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in a closing role.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (minimum B2).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Resilience and perseverance in facing challenges.
  • Team player who shares best practices and supports colleagues.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and responsible for personal development.
  • Curiosity and initiative to ask the right questions and learn.
  • Results-oriented with clear prioritization and focus.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects patiently.
