Remote Manager, Experiential Programs

Overview

This role involves the development and stewardship of opportunities and programs that enhance the overall experience for girls participating in various experiential programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and inclusive programs that meet the evolving needs of girls and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, or a related field
• Minimum of five years managing non-formal education programs
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships and work in a cross-functional team environment
• Functional knowledge of Office 365 or similar suites
