Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing
• Proven experience owning customer journeys linked to business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments
