In Short

  • Serve as the final escalation point for technical issues escalated from Level 1 and 2 support teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involving software, hardware, and networking components.
  • Maintain and support core enterprise environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and support guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support roles, particularly Level 3 support.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex IT issues.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
