Overview

We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to assist in the support and development of high-load financial systems, including trading platforms and company infrastructure.

In Short

  • Administration of trading platforms and related software.
  • Managing server infrastructure (Linux, Windows).
  • Monitoring and supporting remote systems and applications.
  • Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues, working with logs and consoles.
  • Automating routine processes, scripting (preferably Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Requirements

  • Strong Linux skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, NAT, Firewall).
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
  • Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems independently.
