Lead Software Development Manager - Remote

In this role, you will lead development teams to design, implement, and enhance software solutions essential to the business processes. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutions while fostering strong relationships with technology vendors and IT security teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in Software Development with progressively elevated roles
• 2 years of people management experience in a Technical field
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Experience with Go/Golang, C#, Python is preferred
• Experience with Redis, Docker, Python, Blazor, and React is a plus
• Ability to lead in an environment of onshore and offshore resources
• Experience developing in the Azure environment
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Postgres development
• Experience with CI/CD and source control management systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Attention to detail and accuracy required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
