Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

This pivotal role will drive the go-to-market engine across diverse dimensions such as marketing, product-led growth, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will define and implement comprehensive growth strategies aimed at amplifying customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

In Short

• Own and scale growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Drive GTM experiments across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, content, community, events).
• Build and lead the growth team, hiring across demand generation, marketing operations, and lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with product and engineering to design growth loops.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline growth and campaign ROI.
• Define and track KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Represent the company externally at events and panels.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in growth, marketing, or go-to-market strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and user adoption.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience collaborating with product-led growth models.
• Bonus: Experience in AI, dev tools, or productivity platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Preference for candidates based in the Bay Area or New York, though open to exceptional remote talent.
