Remote Events Manager

In Short

• Partner with key stakeholders to innovate and create event experiences.
• Lead the planning, budgeting, marketing, and execution of assigned events.
• Coordinate and manage site visits and onsite event support.
• Oversee event components and manage onsite execution, including staff.
• Ensure adherence to processes and monitor program budgets successfully.
• Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate vendor agreements.
• Address potential risks and manage event budgets effectively.
• Facilitate post-event evaluations and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing multi-day events or conferences.
• Experience working with C-suite executives and multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years in planning and executing virtual events.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles in event management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with event management tools.
