In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through a transformative shift in their compliance and risk management practices. You will lead onboarding and implementation projects, working closely with senior leaders to design strategies that align with business objectives. Your ability to balance long-term vision with immediate execution will be key to driving successful adoption of the platform. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will collaborate with internal teams to shape product evolution while ensuring seamless delivery. In Short

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for mid-market and enterprise customers, serving as the single point of contact for a smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (CXOs, founders, and security leaders) to design governance and compliance strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Balance strategic vision with operational execution, focusing on immediate high-value wins while showcasing long-term platform capabilities.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate within internal teams, ensuring feedback drives continuous product improvement.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and process-related challenges to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Build long-term relationships of trust and credibility with clients, ensuring sustained customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical account management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk management practices.
