As an Educational Development and Special Projects Coordinator II, you will play a key role in coordinating departmental activities and managing complex projects with significant autonomy. This role offers a blend of operational coordination and strategic collaboration, where you’ll interact with various stakeholders, manage budgets, and contribute to special projects in a flexible, dynamic environment.

In Short

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and timely information sharing across educational development initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for departmental activity flow, acting as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage data entry and maintenance in systems such as Microsoft Excel, internal databases, and CRM tools; also work with social media and conference scheduling platforms.
  • Support budget planning and monitoring in collaboration with the department head.
  • Assist in overseeing Coordinator I work outputs, providing performance input.
  • Perform additional administrative and strategic duties as assigned.
