The Special Projects and Development Lead role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff/Head of Development at Cohere and to drive high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s future.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of work experience, preferably in management consulting and fast-growing startups.
• Proven capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to operate at a high performance level.
• Natural excitement for solving complex problems.
• Ability to produce high-quality and accurate work outputs.
