In Short

• Oversee the development phase of large-scale BESS projects from land acquisition to permitting.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.
• Coordinate securing of grid connections with TSOs or DSOs.
• Lead preliminary engineering for project layout and cable route design.
• Ensure timely application for all necessary permits.
• Build local support among inhabitants and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project progression.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant development roles.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant development role.
• Strong experience in land acquisition, grid connection, and project permitting.
• Proven track record in successful project development.
• Ability to engage with external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
