Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a strategic and highly collaborative Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead the launch and growth of emerging product categories.

In Short

• Develop and execute GTM strategies and roadmaps for new product categories.
• Oversee all launch deliverables, including packaging, messaging, supply chain, and channel plans.
• Champion customer empathy through research and apply insights to GTM initiatives.
• Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate strategies across DTC, Retail, Amazon, and International channels.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive launch support and training materials.
• Enhance product experience in collaboration with Product Development and Packaging Innovation teams.
• Design and execute customer engagement campaigns and retention strategies.
