Finance Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) - Remote

Join Bloomreach as our Finance Director, GTM, and become a key member of the FP&A leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance organization and serve as a strategic thought partner to senior GTM leadership.

In Short

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals.
• Own sales performance metrics and define key GTM metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting.
• Drive the annual planning and forecasting processes.

• Oversee commission plan administration and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, with 5 years in GTM functions.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation design and GTM structures.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels.
• Experience with financial systems and tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
