Overview

The Director, Go-To-Market Enablement will develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that equips go-to-market teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to achieve business outcomes. This role will lead the GTM Enablement team by defining enablement priorities and strategies, while also collaborating with the team and cross-functional business partners to co-develop and deliver enablement content.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in GTM Enablement, Talent Development, and Training Program Management.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
  • Proven ability to drive progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset for decision-making and measuring impact.
