Overview

The Director of Global Go-To-Market Enablement will lead the strategy and execution of sales and customer success enablement initiatives to empower our global salesforce to achieve and exceed their targets.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global Go-To-Market enablement strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior sales and customer success leadership.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of sales and CS training programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Go-To-Market Enablement Specialists.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams for relevant content.
  • Implement and manage enablement platforms and CRM tools.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact of GTM enablement programs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure programs are tailored to different regions and roles.
  • Leverage modern learning technologies to enhance engagement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement or related roles.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successful GTM enablement programs.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
