In Short

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process focused on acquiring new Manufacturing customers.
  • Build and expand executive relationships in the Manufacturing sector.
  • Uncover and drive new revenue opportunities across Manufacturing verticals.
  • Represent SafetyCulture at Manufacturing trade shows and customer events.
  • Conduct tailored demos and create customer proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Serve as the voice of the Manufacturing customer to influence product development.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS sales, preferably in Manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales with large, complex deals.
  • Self-starter capable of outbound prospecting and demand creation.
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with understanding of Manufacturing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence C-Level executives.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
  • Ability to build and present tailored solutions to senior decision makers.
