Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Client Success Manager who will enhance client relationships in the clinical trial space, ensuring high service levels and fostering long-lasting partnerships.

• Manage a portfolio of sponsor and client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in Clinical Project Management or healthcare.
• Experience with external stakeholder communication.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with oncology trial processes and privacy regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM and reporting software.
