We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to become the “heart” of our broker community: part coach, part community builder, part product advocate, and part operator.

In Short

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of business brokers.
  • Run regular 1:1s and check-ins with brokers.
  • Build deep personal rapport with brokers.
  • Onboard new brokers and ensure they’re fully set up.
  • Design and run community experiences.
  • Create ongoing written content tailored to brokers.
  • Act as the internal advocate for brokers.
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering.
  • Monitor adoption and usage of key features.
  • Measure outcomes like broker satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in Customer Success or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or professional services.
  • Experience running customer check-ins and webinars.
  • Comfort working with CRM platforms and web-based tools.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Highly extroverted and relational personality.
  • Tech-savvy and product-minded.
  • Organized & detail-oriented.
  • Positive but honest attitude.
  • Sales- and process-aware mindset.
