Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (Shopify) - Remote

Overview

This role involves driving the success of mid-market clients on the Shopify platform, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.

• Own the success and health of clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Proactively engage with clients to demonstrate the value of Narvar's solutions, driving adoption and retention.
• Use data insights to track account health, forecast risk, and identify opportunities for expansion and advocacy.
• Provide technical guidance and support, addressing product feature questions and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure client needs are met.
• Support process optimization and automation within the customer success team to scale operations efficiently.
