As a Controller, you will own and guide all global accounting activities and financial reporting, serving as the financial backbone of a growing company. In Short

• Own the monthly close process, including general ledger review and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Design and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Manage local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Partner closely with FP&A to analyze budget vs. actual variances.
• Manage relationships with external accounting firms and tax advisors.
• Provide proactive insights into financial performance for stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance the month-end close and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• CPA with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Big 4 public accounting and high-growth startups.
• Strong background in international technology companies, particularly SaaS/software.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling remote environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
