• Own accounting, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, and expense management.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits of financial statements.
• Establish and monitor accounting policies and internal controls.
• Ensure timely tax filings.
• Implement processes for cash management.
• Provide reporting and analysis to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate with vendors regarding receivables.
• Ensure efficient processing of accounting transactions.
• Stay compliant with evolving tax laws.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting/finance at a startup or eCommerce company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Ability to maintain Internal Control over Financial Reporting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP principles.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks.
