Overview

The Controller at Oberon Fuels will establish and implement internal accounting controls and processes, manage financial data, and develop a scalable accounting system while partnering with the CFO to build a finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience or 5+ years with leadership experience.
• Experience with financial modeling and budget development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, fuels, or renewable energy is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
