In Short

• Lead core accounting operations from GL to AP/AR
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Guide revenue recognition and project accounting
• Manage cash flow and treasury activities
• Strengthen compliance and internal controls
• Collaborate with senior leadership in an EOS-driven environment
• Streamline and modernize systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in a professional services or time-driven revenue environment
• Strong skills in accounting and time-tracking software
• A high degree of trustworthiness
• Collaborative leadership skills
• Adaptability in a dynamic, growing organization
• A proactive mindset
• Based in Eastern or Central Time Zone
