• Input and validate orders into Shopify, Navision EDI/ERP, and other retail systems.
• Oversee propagation of orders across multiple systems, identifying discrepancies.
• Assist in forecasting, production planning, and analysis based on order data.
• Handle delivery and order-related inquiries in collaboration with customer service.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes.
