Overview

The Associate, Contract Management will administer the franchise application and contract process, ensuring compliance with legal standards while acting as a liaison between franchisees and the company.

• Administer the franchise application and contract process.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Trade Commission Disclosure Laws.
• Review applications and coordinate documentation.
• Prepare contracts for execution by franchisees.
• Act as liaison between franchisees and company entities.
• Educate franchisees on policies and procedures.
• Manage requests from lending institutions.
• Work closely with Region Coordinators and Directors.
• Maintain Franchise Legal System database.
• Conduct extensive communications with franchisee candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with legal matters and documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze complex issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
