In Short

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Oversee end-to-end renewal processes to ensure timely execution of contracts and forecasting.
  • Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to support customer value realization and contract terms.
  • Maintain visibility into renewal performance, pipeline health, and CRM accuracy.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms).
  • Advanced English proficiency both written and oral.
