In Short

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, helping them through email/phone calls.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Maintain and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes to prevent additional issues.
  • Keep current clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Account Management experience.
  • Native Turkish speaker.
  • Growth-focused sales mindset to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring excellent retention rates.
  • Excellent communication skills for relationship and people management.
  • Proficient in English with high analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent Turkish speaking skills, along with a calm, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance through necessary metrics.
  • Capable of delivering high performance and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptable to an international, multicultural environment.
  • Creative, outgoing, kind, and altruistic attitude.
