This position is for an Engineering Manager who will manage and nurture a team of engineers in a remote setting, focusing on performance enhancement and skill development.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing software engineering teams
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile practices
• Outstanding communication skills
• Commitment to team development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
