  • Implement process improvements for efficiency in renewals and billing.
  • Track renewal performance metrics and support revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with B2B contracts, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
