Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Operations and Project Management.
• Experience in Lease Administration processes.
• Six Sigma and PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in managing cross-cultural teams.
