Regional Project Lead - Remote

Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of project teams ensuring milestones are met and ensuring consistency of Clinical Operations processes.

In Short

• Coordinating project team work and supervising performance.
• Implementing and managing projects in compliance with industry regulations.
• Acting as a point of contact for the project team and support services.
• Collecting and reporting project status updates.
• Developing and updating project planning documents.
• Conducting and supervising therapeutic area training.
• Supervising site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Overseeing investigator and site payments.
• Preparing for study audits/inspections.
• Coordinating regulatory and ethics committee submissions.

Requirements

• College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Full working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• At least 4 years’ experience in a health care or clinical environment.
• Minimum 4 years’ site monitoring experience.
• Availability to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to plan and work in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
