Overview

The Receptionist at JLL will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

In Short

  • Greet and assist candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public.
  • Handle telephone, email, and other queries professionally.
  • Administer parking spaces for visitors and employees.
  • Arrange taxis for clients and visitors as requested.
  • Book onsite meeting rooms and organize hospitality.
  • Register and distribute documents per local procedures.
  • Conduct site inductions for new starters and provide first-line support.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Support JLL's Quality Management program.
  • Maintain high levels of security awareness and emergency procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in administrative roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Proficient in using office software and equipment.
  • High level of organizational skills.
