Overview

As a receptionist at JLL, you serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, representing the company's professional image and commitment to excellent service.

In Short

  • Welcome and greet all visitors to JLL offices in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Process visitor sign-ins and issue visitor badges according to security protocols.
  • Notify appropriate staff of visitor arrivals.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide basic information about JLL services to inquiring visitors.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, which may include scheduling meeting rooms.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous reception or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew and English required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
