Overview

The Guest Experience Assistant at JLL is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for visitors by providing top-notch customer service and managing the reception area effectively.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred (Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle pressure.
  • Self-motivated and committed to service excellence.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to take ownership and initiative.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
