Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Management Ops Program Coordinator to oversee and manage various aspects of our soft services, visual site inspections, quality and compliance, and vendor management programs.

In Short

  • Oversee soft services and vendor management programs.
  • Conduct visual site inspections and ensure quality compliance.
  • Manage work schedules and financial administration.
  • Monitor vendor compliance and manage corrective work orders.
  • Support Facility Managers and assist with site inspections.
  • Utilize cutting-edge facility management technologies.
  • Handle aged debtors reporting and non-chargeable work orders.
  • Work in a hybrid role, reporting to the State Lead.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience in facilities, property, or hospitality management.
  • Proven teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.
