Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking applicants for the Program Operations Coordinator Intern position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our career readiness programs.

In Short

• Assist with program logistics, data tracking, participant engagement, and process improvement.
• Update and develop program policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop and update key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Conduct analyses of existing program processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Collect and analyze data on program performance.
• Manage and execute day-to-day operations for program services.
• Participate in projects and work plan development.
• Support and guide the program operations team and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams across departments.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Experience in program coordination, operations, data analysis, or project management (preferred).
