Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager at JLL is responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring high service levels while fostering positive client relationships.

• Manage and operate properties and staff as directed by clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Ability to manage vendor performance effectively.
• Experience in corporate, third-party service, or consulting environments.
• Knowledge of real estate and building systems is preferred.
