Overview

The Operations Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee daily operations to ensure timely deliveries and high productivity within the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
