We are seeking an Operations Manager who will bring calm, structure, and efficiency across all projects and clients at our woman-led digital agency based in New York City.

• Ensure smooth end-to-end functionality within the customer funnel.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to communicate clearly in all formats.
• Confidence in managing fast-moving creative environments.
• Proficiency with CMS and web platforms.
• Ability to work independently and improve systems.
• Calm under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience with digital marketing tools.
• Willingness to work full-time hours from 12 PM – 8 PM CET or 6 AM – 2 PM ET.
