Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager at JLL is responsible for managing and operating properties and staff according to client standards, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to supervise vendor performance.
• Knowledge of real estate and accounting preferred.
