Operations Coordinator (Inventory Management) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator and Inventory Planner to join our team and support our partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and demand planning, purchase order and/or sales order processing, invoice handling, data analysis, and logistics coordination.

In Short

• Manage inventory using Fishbowl system
• Create Purchase Orders and process manufacturer bills
• Ensure data integrity across inventory and accounting systems
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory levels and sales trends
• Work with Operations and Logistics Managers to improve efficiency
• Resolve financial discrepancies with Finance team
• Provide reports and analysis on inventory performance
• Collaborate with external partners for logistics optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends in inventory management

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management and demand planning
• Proficiency in Fishbowl and Quickbooks Online
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work remotely and independently
