Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Payment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Payment Operations team, crucial in safeguarding brightwheel and our customers from fraud while resolving challenging payment issues.

In Short

• Engage directly with a high volume of customers via phone and email.
• Identify and resolve complex payment issues and suspicious activities.
• Support other functions at brightwheel as needed.
• Assist accounting with reviewing and updating sensitive tax documentation.
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
• 1+ year of experience in fraud prevention and investigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
