Overview

The Program Management and Coordinator will oversee the TRACE project, providing strategic guidance and technical support to ensure effective implementation and collaboration with partners in the cocoa value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in international development.
• Understanding of the cocoa value chain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in business development services for SMEs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and beliefs.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in youth and women's enterprise projects preferred.
• High degree of honesty and integrity.
