Global Controller - Remote

Overview

The Global Controller reports to the Chief Financial and Administration Officer (CFAO) and functions as a highly skilled hands-on leader within the Finance and Administration team, responsible for U.S. based and international accounting, compliance, and financial reporting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance leadership.
• Experience as a Controller in a global context.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and develop staff.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional proficiency in French or Spanish is desirable.
