Overview

The Global Controller will oversee and execute financial close processes for multiple entities globally, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and effective management of financial data.

• Coordinate and manage financial close processes for multiple entities worldwide.
• Review and analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations in multiple currencies.
• Perform complex account reconciliations, including bank and intercompany accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls for compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support global business decisions.
• Prepare financial statements with translation adjustments and consolidation.
• Collaborate with executives and consultants on tax and accounting strategies.
• Must have CPA certification and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multi-entity management and transfer pricing is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing general ledger accounting and monthly close.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
