Overview

The Global Financial Controller will oversee the company’s global financial operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements while managing a high-performing finance team across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC 606.
• Strong experience in billing operations and revenue accounting.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
• Track record of driving finance transformation.
• Expertise in M&A transactions and purchase accounting.
• Experience in treasury operations and banking relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and financial automation tools.
• Experience leading remote and globally distributed teams.
